Originally from Tokyo, Japan, Tomoko holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She brings a global perspective and a strong background in sales and project management to her real estate career in Hawaiʻi. Having lived in California, New York, and Hawaiʻi, and worked in both Japan and the United States, she understands the importance of clear communication and cultural awareness when guiding clients through major decisions.

Before entering real estate, Tomoko spent eight years with global organizations including Nokia and EY. At Nokia, she worked in highly technical telecommunications fields, including core network and radio technologies, selling solutions worth tens of millions of dollars to major telecommunications carriers. Her work required a strong understanding of complex technology and the ability to negotiate directly with technical decision-makers and C-level executives. She also managed large-scale projects, exceeded sales targets, and received multiple company awards for high-profile deals.

Tomoko brings the same honesty, responsiveness, and analytical mindset to real estate. She believes in being straightforward with clients, responding quickly, and carefully evaluating the facts to help each client make decisions that are truly in their best interest.

Tomoko currently lives in Kakaʻako with her husband, a U.S. Air Force officer, and their Japan-born Shiba Inu, Tatsumaki. She founded the Kakaʻako Shiba Club to bring local dog owners together and strengthen the community. Outside of work, she enjoys pole fitness and has been practicing for six years.

不動産業界に入る以前は、NokiaやEYなどのグローバル企業で約8年間勤務。Nokiaでは、携帯電話の通信を支える無線ネットワークやコアネットワークなど、高度な専門知識が求められる分野で、大手通信事業者向けに数十億円規模の通信ソリューションを提案・販売。技術部門の意思決定者やCXO層と直接交渉を行った。また、大規模プロジェクトの責任者として、納期・予算・品質を管理し、案件を遂行。営業では目標を上回る成果を上げ、大型案件の獲得により複数の社内表彰を受賞した。

不動産取引においても、率直で誠実な姿勢を大切にし、常にスピーディーに対応。分析力を活かし
て情報を整理し、お客様にとって何が最善かを考えながらサポートしている。
現在は米空軍勤務の夫と、日本生まれの柴犬「Tatsumaki」とともにカカアコに在住。Kakaʻako Shiba Clubを創設し、地域のペットオーナーをつなぎながらコミュニティを盛り上げている。プライベートでは体を鍛えることが好きで、ポールフィットネスを6年間続けている。
